Within the Aero Bike Fit we look at every aspect of your position:
Off the bike background information check (Injury/targets)
Sidas Custom Carbon Insoles – at £75 per set these can be added within the standard Aero Bike Fit or pre-booked as part of the Performance Pack Aero Bike Fit (£290)
Cleat positioning (Shimano, Time, Look, Speedplay)
Saddle position (incorporating time trial and triathlon-specific knee angles specific to you and your targets)
Saddle pressure mapping analysis where appropriate
Saddle options – a range of brands are available to try
Aerodynamic analysis using wind tunnel experience to make key decisions based on your body size/shape and position
Key parts can be added within the Aero Bike Fit such as High Sided elbow pads, high rise extensions poles, ergonomic Garmin/Wahoo mounts (Parts costs will be outlined throughout the fit). Parts changes will be done within the fit, no need to take your bike to a mechanic afterward!
Helmet choices – we’ll use our range of helmets to again make wind tunnel informed decisions with your position
Before and After Photos will be sent straight after the fit to show you the differences we have made
Recommendations for equipment will be made specific to you and your target races
On-going support post fit – if you’re having problems or need advice after your bike fit I am always at the end of the phone!
